Abdiel Vivancos is an American Mindfulness Educator, Consultant, and the Founder of Silent Sound Meditation & Yoga in Strawberry Fields. Vivancos has facilitated people of all ages through individual coaching, group practices, workshops, talks, retreats and consulting with educational institutions, performing artists, and healing centered engagements. He offers accessible practices and concepts to inspire curiosity, conversation, and common ground with some of the most integral topics of our time, such as self-care, peace, and consciousness.

Vivancos has worked with the New York City Department of Education, Health, and Cultural Affairs, as well as the David Lynch Foundation and Carnegie Mellon University, providing guidance on a wide range of meditative practices for teachers and students. He recently founded MeditaCentro: a cultural and wellness center in Costa Rica, led a Huachuma Retreat in the Andes Mountains of Peru, and is currently back in the United States offering virtual & in-person coaching sessions. “Mr. V” enjoys working with all walks of life, realizing we are all expressions of life itself and peace is within us all ~

 
 

 
 
 
 

Silent Sound Meditation (SSM) is an easy-to-use mindfulness practice for all ages! This simple technique rests the mind and body to experience greater stress release, self-care, and inner peace. SSM can be used for anxiety and stress reduction, awakening gratitude, developing mindful communication, and more. SSM is a supportive and complimentary practice to any mindful programing, servicing both beginner and advanced meditators. Mindfulness coaching and workshops are open to all interested in greater self-care, family-care, and community-care ~
