Abdiel Vivancos is an American Mindfulness Educator, Consultant, and the Founder of Silent Sound Meditation and Yoga in Strawberry Fields. Based in New York City, he has facilitated thousands through workshops, group practices, individual coaching, talks, intensives, and consulting with educational institutions, corporate wellness programs, healing centered engagements, and more. Vivancos has worked with the New York City Department of Education & Health, Carnegie Mellon University, and the David Lynch Foundation, teaching mindfulness in public schools and providing guidance on a wide range of meditative practices. Vivancos offers accessible, contemporary, and distinct language to inspire curiosity, conversation, and common ground with some of the most integral topics of our age, such as mental health, stress management, self-care, peace, and consciousness.

“Mr. V”, dubbed with a peace hand sign by his Bronx high school students, most recently taught mindfulness for public elementary schools in the Bronx & Harlem, leading K - 5th graders in self-care practices of self-awareness, self-inquiry, and self-expression with his Listening Game, Sharing Circle, and Kid’s Choice Mindful Activities. Mr. V enjoys working with all ages and walks of life, realizing we are all expressions of life itself and peace is within us all. Silent Sound Meditation (SSM) is an easy-to-use mindfulness practice for all ages! This simple technique rests the mind to experience greater stress release, enhanced performance, and inner peace. SSM can be used for anxiety and stress reduction, sleep management, increasing sustainability, and developing mindful communication. SSM is a supportive and complimentary practice to any mindful programing servicing both beginner and advanced meditators. Mindfulness workshops and coaching are open to all ages interested in greater self-care, mental health, and well-being.
